We represent numerous banks and financial institutions in their lending transactions, we prepare and perfect security documentation including; charges, debentures and various other documents. We also issue legal alerts and opinions on changes in laws and procedures as well as conducting extensive due diligence for our clients.

We have been pleased to advise and facilitate one of our major clients seeking to establish Public Private Partnership on the current government’s flagship Affordable Housing Programme (AHP) which is currently at the procurement stage. We have also handled numerous, massive residential developments within and without Nairobi County, the most notable being the Fair Acres Development and the Summerfield Developments.
