• Part of the team that represented an unsecured creditor of Eagle Vet Kenya Limited, successfully proved the debt before the official Receiver and ensured the claim was fully settled.
• Part of a team that represented and advised an array of clients drawn from various sectors of employment and labour related matters including representation in court, drafting of employee contracts, advice on termination dismissals, redundancies and restructuring.
• Part of a team that successfully defended members of Ministerial Tender Committee at the Anti-corruption Court.
• Successfully defended Administrators in a Succession matter that involved administration of an Estate worth millions of shillings.
• Successfully defended Tenants in the Business Rent Tribunal who were facing unlawful eviction.
• Represented various individuals in personal injury claims.
• Conducted and assisted in various sale of property transactions and perfection of security.
• Successfully defended the interests of various clients at the Childrens Court.
• Part of the team that successfully prosecuted and defended various divorce causes, noting that in most cases, the various applications for protection orders were dismissed against the various clients.
• Part of the team that successfully defended the interests of a client before the Environment and Land Court
• Part of the team that successfully ensured that the Ardhisasa Platform had a provision for registration and removal of cautions.
• Conducted various transactions on the Ardhisasa Platform, including, ensuring enumeration and verification of properties on the platform, removal of a caution, registration of a transfer, discharge of charge registration of a charge, and conversion of properties on the same platform.
