J.K. Kibicho & Co. Advocates is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramadhan Abubakar https://lnkd.in/d7tWCCUM as the new Managing Partner of the Firm effective 1st November 2022. He succeeds Mr. Mwangi Kibicho who will now take on the role of Senior Partner with the Firm.
Ramadhan is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. He joined the firm as a Partner in February, 2022 as the head of the Litigation Department. As a seasoned litigator he continues to represent our corporate and individual clients before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the superior courts and tribunals.
Ramadhan also sits as a member of the Communications and Multimedia Appeals Tribunal created under the Kenya Information and Communications Act.
Mr. Ramadhan is also an award winning lawyer who won the Public Interest Litigation Jurist of the Year in 2019.
We celebrate this new appointment and know that he will certainly be a huge force in taking J.K. Kibicho & Co. Advocates to new heights.
