Work Experience:

• Acting for developers in high-value real estate projects including a mixed-use development and advising on site acquisition, land amalgamation, project structuring, construction contracts and regulatory approvals.
• Undertaking joint venture formations for housing developments, drafting sale agreements, registering long term leases and facilitating sectional title conversions under the Sectional Properties Act.
• Representing developers in the sale of 300 commercial units across prime Nairobi areas (Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa), drafting agreements for sale and car park licenses, while overseeing valuations and lease registrations.
• Advising investors on high-value acquisitions, including a 11 billion project, conducting due diligence and providing legal support for land acquisitions, financing and regulatory compliance.
• Representing financial institutions in the perfection process which includes due diligence on persons, entities and assets, preparing various security documents, supporting financiers on the ardhisasa platform, undertaking registration at the appropriate registries.
• Undertaking company secretarial matters including incorporation of entities, restructuring of shareholding, conversion reconversion, attending to board meetings, filling appropriate returns and undertaking legal audits.
