He is an advocate of immense expertise and experience in the Banking, Conveyancing & Commercial Law having acted for many tier one financial institutions in complex transactions including financing of oil marketing companies in the country. He possesses a deep understanding of the law and offers practicable and commercially viable solutions to the clients.

He is an expert in joint ventures and real estate projects having acted on several multi billion shillings real estate projects in Kenya from the negotiation of contracts, procuring of approvals and licences, preparation of all documentation, registration and finalization of the projects.

He has also acted and spearheaded the Memorandum Of Understanding between a county government and limited liability company in the implementation of Barrier Volcanic Complex Geothermal ensuring Public Participation and Compliance with the Law.

He offers training to corporate clients on upcoming new laws and changes in the legal field. He is trained and has a keen interest in Public Private Partnerships Project.
